2. Order Changes & Cancellations

Any changes must be requested in writing (email or via our order inquiry form).
Changes are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
If your event is cancelled and baking has not yet started, we will issue a gift certificate valid for a future order.
If baking has begun, we are unable to offer refunds or gift certificates.

3. Pick-Up / Delivery Terms

Upon pickup or delivery, products are considered accepted; concerns about appearance, design, or texture must be raised immediately.
Sweet Hugs LLC prepares packaging carefully, but once the cookies leave our kitchen, we are not responsible for damage due to transport.
Delivery within the Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island. Any delays caused by third-party delivery or circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, etc.) are not our responsibility.

4. Timing & Scheduling

Orders should be placed at least 3-5 days in advance for regular-size orders; larger or custom orders should be placed at least 7 days ahead.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the availability of the recipient's address and being present at the agreed time for delivery or pickup.

5. Design, Presentation & Custom Requests

We can add custom packaging, logos, or personal messages upon request. These must be confirmed in writing.
While we strive to replicate designs or color schemes, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.
Special requests (e.g., custom flavors, dietary modifications) may incur additional cost and require sufficient lead time.

6. Allergies & Food Safety

We use high-quality ingredients. However, our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and other common allergens. We cannot guarantee completely allergen-free products.
Please inform us in advance of any severe allergies or dietary restrictions; we will try to accommodate when possible.

7. Intellectual Property & Image Use

Sweet Hugs LLC reserves the right to use any photos or reviews you provide for website, social media, or promotional purposes.
Any logos or designs you provide remain your property; however, you permit us to use them as needed to fulfill your custom packaging order.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sweet Hugs LLC is not responsible for loss or damage once the goods are in transit or have been picked up.
We are not liable for events outside our control (e.g., weather, traffic, delivery service issues).
Our liability is limited to the cost of the order.
